There is a reason why a lot of white people stopped doing retail security many years ago. It’s rare to see them do retail security and most of them have left the security industry in general because the money is not worth the headache or risk. Even people of colour that are born in the uk of a certain age see what’s going on have left the security industry. Speaking as someone that worked as security. Even in high end retail you are dealing with armed raids with absolutely nothing to protect you other than your radio. If you managed to even keep the people out or delay them to get everyone to safety, what reward do you get?
