I’m Thai, and I can confirm that not all Italians are like this. I’ve met so many kind, friendly, and welcoming people in Italy. I’ve never experienced racism here before. Every country has both good and bad. Based on my own experiences in Italy has been full of kindness, and I’ve met so many friendly and welcoming Italians. I understand that what happened in this case was unacceptable, and I don’t support that behavior. At the same time, I don’t want Thai people to assume that all Italians are like this because of one incident.
