Beef Tacos with Guacamole 🌮 Ingredients: Tortillas — 3 Ground beef — 150 g Cheddar — 3 slices Mozzarella — 60 g Lettuce For the guacamole: Avocado — 1/2 Tomato — 1/2 Finely chopped onion — 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley — 1 tbsp Lime juice Salt & pepper Spread the ground beef evenly over each tortilla. Tacos de Carne con Guacamole 🌮 Ingredientes: Tortillas — 3 Carne picada de ternera — 150 g Cheddar — 3 lonchas Mozzarella — 60 g Lechuga Para el guacamole: Aguacate — 1/2 Tomate — 1/2 Cebolla picada — 1 cda Perejil picado — 1 cda Zumo de lima Sal y pimienta Extiende la carne picada sobre cada tortilla. Coloca la tortilla en una sartén caliente con la carne hacia abajo y cocina hasta que esté dorada. Dale la vuelta, añade el cheddar y la mozzarella, dóblala por la mitad y cocina por ambos lados hasta que esté dorada y crujiente y el queso se haya derretido. Para el guacamole, aplasta el aguacate con un tenedor. Añade el tomate, la cebolla y el perejil finamente picados, zumo de lima, sal y pimienta. Mezcla bien.
