Yeah that retcon made no sense. Like they did that whole part about Kevin's father not actually being Max's old partner meanwhile Kevin literally hunted down his killer🤣. So what he just slimed out a random guy with implanted memories of killing a plumber that never existed💀?

The osmosian retcon was actually due to the fact that man of action comics, were pushed out of the contract and Cartoon Network kept the rights for the animation. So there were a lot of changes that occurred that weren't what man of action comics wanted, but they didn't have control.There's also why we got things like the really badly done talentless version of teen titans and the remake of Ben 10
