i dislike nvidia cus of their greed but every time ive ever had an amd gpu some games just wouldnt open or randomly crash and most editing softwares were unusable. everybody ive ever known who had an amd card also hated them. I happily paid the nvidia tax to switch from a 9070 xt to a 5070 ti and it was worth every penny

I’m an AMD fan boy and when my 6900xt liquid devil ultimate died I couldn’t justify a 9070xt when it’s 2 gen newer and only 6% better than what it’d be replacing so here I am with a 5080 🤷🏻♂️same price I paid for the 6900xt LDU with just shy of 50% uplift.

Price/performance Ratio. For me thats matter. I have the same raw performance, for less then 300-400 usd, why i pay more? So I enjoy amd and they big sales.😉

Dih riding a company is one of the stupidest things a person could be doing. But imo, dih riding a monopolist is the stupidest thing of them all. Like whenever I bring up the fact that I have (and even dare enjoy) my 9070 xt almost always there will be some nvidia fanboy who would tell me that 5060 would've been a better purchase. Supporting the underdog is what helps competition to be alive, the monopolists like Nvidia on the gpu market, or AMD Ryzen on the cpu market - it's just a disaster with no progress.
