What I really want to see is these older politicians partnering with/training the younger folks to help them out. Nancy Pelosi was fantastic at her job, she should be training other people how to do that job. Maxine Waters, my representative, has been a thorn in the side of a lot of people, something I like, she should be training others how to do that and then she should be bowing out of the race.
