The longer I stew on how this show has come out so far, the less and less problems I have with it. It's not perfect by far, but it is mostly enjoyable, and I really liked the tone they had been able to set by the end of the last season. Also some of the acting, namely Sauron, is amazing for the shoes they have to fill

Watched LOTR for the first time recently. WOW y’all glaze that trilogy way too much ✌ it’s NOT that good. It was boring actually. There was no weight to it. The story telling felt forced. The characters were bland. This show is 10x more interesting than the movies tbh
