my feet have tingling and like the feeling of when your arm falls asleep and feel a bit warm ? ive looked it up it showed me it can be my nerves , diabetes , or vitamin b12 i made a doctors appointment for August 12th to hopefully figure this out

I am so frustrated. I have had tingling and now buzzing in my feet for 4 months with no answers from the pcp or neurologist or mris. Only small disc bulge that his been there for years and degeneration. I don’t know what to do. I am trying decompression therapy and physical therapy but pt actually made me worse again. Next i try a pain management dr. I just want to fix it. It effects me everyday of my life

so what do you do dr. 90% of people don't get help. there are Dr's that collect the check but give the same answer to everyone. take a med or there isn't anything they can do

I completely fucked up answering questions trying to get imaging. Said no to numbness- I did have numbness. I just didn’t know because I couldn’t feel it. Last the tingling stage and it’s hard to get help. No idea how to make a case for myself.
