There's a really simple thing that I like to do in situations like this. it's called stop trying to click on them and instead just click on the middle of the open space at quick but randomly timed intervals. You are not going to consistently flick on people, but they ARE going to consistently fill the gap in the door. You just click where you see him last, stop moving your crosshair and just click. He will literally jump his head right into your crosshair and you can just move on to the next guy.
