As a criminologist I can tell you he’s not only a narcissist but more importantly he is a psychopath, that is why the lack of empathy or emotion. He won’t show emotion because he’s not capable. If he thinks it will benefit him he will mask and pretend to have empathy by copying what other people’s reactions are but it’s not real he will try and copy human emotions for his own benefit. He hasn’t been desensitized he just thinks he’s smarter than everyone else but really is psychopathy.
