Hyundai wanted me to pay for a subscription to use the app for remote start from my phone, turn on ac, lock/unlock and idk what else. Thankfully my keyfob works just fine and I don't need to pay a subscription but that was the first I'd heard of a subscription for an app for your car

Ha. My husband’s remote start free trial subscription on his Mazda 3 stopped as of January of this year and he was like, “that’s ok, I’ll just get up five minutes earlier to warm up my car. Ain’t no way I’m paying a subscription for this.” 🤣

Greed from big companies and its only getting worse. 🤦♀️Hmm and junk yards "catching" fire so we don't rely on older vehicles, so we can avoid this. ...😑 This was thier plan for years. Such bs! They are going to work people to death, while taking all of our money, keeping us poor while they live high off the hog... I hate it so much... 😡
