Great job, everyone. 😉 The monitor shows a rhythm of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, highly suggestive of Torsades de Pointes; the best treatment is magnesium sulfate (2 g IV over 5 minutes is a good option). If the patient is unstable, do not delay delivering a shock ⚡️. Amiodarone is contraindicated for Torsades de Pointes, because can prolong even more the QT internal.
