I was put on the strongest they had for Concerta at the age of 5 and my father took me off every summer(he didn’t agree with my mom)until my freshman year. That summer(parents divorced)my dad took me off and then my stepdad had a massive heart attack a week before my freshman year and we couldn’t afford my medication so I went cold turkey and I literally struggled the whole time in high school. Currently 29 and haven’t been re-diagnose for my ADHD. I still struggle focusing

I was on Ritalin from third to my freshman year of high school and it was horrible. I felt like I was trapped in my own body. I felt like I was mummified I couldn’t speak.
