The fact they have to pay for things out of pocket to do the SCHOOLS job is frying me. Some go all out and its nice to see but sad at the same time. Yes we get stuff paid for but at the same time we gotta fight the whole year to even get a rug half the time since we never have budgets

As a European I’m so surprised that teachers do all that and spend their own money on decorating 🫣 Here sometimes teachers have to share a classrooms and decorations are usually made by students
