In WW2 the US did this, speakers in the forest making sounds to scare the heck out of the enemy. It works. But also, notice it's a blanket of them like an outdoor theater.. so if someone made a hologram they could have it speak... Several NEW parks in urban development areas have been discovered to have speakers under rocks as well but they were making bird sounds and nature stuff.. basically the government has them everywhere. Chill, it's nothing to be afraid of if you know
