I have guttate psoriasis, and I had a terrible flare ups during these last few months. Something that really helped was skin hydration(I’m using the Dexteril lotion) and sun, since fortunately it’s now summer!

This is exactly how mine looks but I was told it’s contact dermatitis from my eczema 🥲 it also covers my face and it’s made worse by water, the sun, or pollen. So basically I’m good for the first hour of each day then I suffer

My HS flares with full sugar anything / desserts! I cut sugar and was super strict for a while and it really helped w my flares but it’s so hard.
