Had someone yell that I made them wait in the lobby for 15 minutes before I sat them. The whole restaurant had only been open for 3 minutes and I watched them walk in 😳

I had this guy at a table of 5 today ask why it was taking so long for their food to come out… it had quite literally only been 10 minutes, and their food was being put on a tray right before I walked out to check on them. And the other people at the table were literally still eating their appetizer!!

Costumer waited 25 minutes for their to go order. Started asking for names since it took an "hour" and he was gonna be late to work. and to be fair, the cook did take their sweet time getting to it. But they often do that. I had people claim that their 15 minute order took an hour. I don't get lying when their tickets all show the exact time it's placed.

I worked at a boba shop that also served waffles and a girl was like “ummmmm I ordered a waffle????” And I looked at the waffle iron timer I had started the second she placed her order (right in front of her eyes) and it said 55 seconds had passed

27 minutes to get food is way too long. 😂 On average the wait time on a main course should be around 13 minutes.
