When I was a little girl I wanted to be a chef so my grandma would take me to local restaurants every month ages 5-17 to meet a chef and learn a recipe. I graduated culinary school and now work as a chef!! We need more ladies out there :)

I dont think you’ll ever truly know how much you’ve inspired me. Ever since I found your page last year I’ve been completely captivated by what you do. As a girl who home bakes sourdough, watching your journey gave me something to dream about. It made me realize that maybe one day I could build something I’m just as proud of (If Im brave enough to bake more than sourdough bread lol 😅) You’ve inspired me to keep learning, to keep baking, and to believe that there’s so much more to explore beyond what I currently do.
