Yeah no, for me, I created a whole new account- I have 6 of them. 5 he doesn’t know about at all. It’s so peaceful in my opinion, not checking if he’s online anymore or seeing the dry messages when I click on my inbox. It’s my safe places. I also kept no contact with him for a week straight now and during this week I managed to stop stalking his reposts and page, I managed to delete our messages on iMessage, I managed to unfriend him on discord, I managed to stop thinking about him most of the time- it’s still there, yes but it’s a work in progress. I’m thinking about deleting all the photos of him, it’s a bit hard rn but we’ll see. So trust me and just start going without contact with him for as long as you need without breaking up if it’s too hard. It be easier that way
