Hard agree, they’ve found a really safe moneymaking formula and are sticking to it, even compared to a couple years ago I find myself anticipating the shows way less. Even going in-store and online it’s so overly merchandised, everything now is a basic with a “miu miu” label. There’s only so many ways you can spin “a study on femininity” to sell 1200€ plain shirts and archival reruns.

I'm with you 😭 Miu Miu was one of the brands for me long before I had any idea what fashion actually was. I didn't even have a phone in high school, my version of doomscrolling was reading magazines cover to cover. I'd cut out my favourite editorials and ad campaigns, tape them all over my bedroom wall and do my makeup staring at trying to recreate them
