@drjudymelinek: Replying to @🇵🇷🇵🇦Divina(she/her) 🐢🌎 Dr. Melinek explains her read of the Nolan Wells preliminary autopsy report #nolanwells #mississippi #truecrime #forensics
The understanding of the second autopsy proves that we are indeed in a literacy crisis. He thoroughly wrote this report. I think the issue was Crump reading it.

You are highly mistaken! Nolan’s corpse did not have the throat, the lungs or stomach. If they had the lungs they would still be able to run certain tests to determine if there was a possible drowning

We don’t need an autopsy to determine they killer him. They incriminated themselves on the tow call. Yelling “Nolan wake up” “is he dead” and “check is chest”

completely logical explanation. why do people still insist on blaming these boys? I don't get it

So the second autopsy was basically useless. And the first examiner can just say anything and there is no way to prove if it’s true or not. An independent pathologist should have been present to view the first autopsy

This is a moot point..The sheriff said it was a accidental drowning one hour after finding the body..They will make sure it sticks..

did the first examiner sabotage the process by slicing?

C'est la vie 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 :
When a young person dies under suspicious circumstances, a closed-door system that shuts out the family only breeds mistrust and fuels destructive rumors. Rather than forcing a grieving family to put a loved one’s body through a second invasive autopsy—which often leads to missing tissues, delayed answers, and claims of sabotage—there ought to be a standard protocol that allows a family’s chosen medical representative to witness the initial examination or access live video records. An open process built on immediate transparency respects the family, maintains the integrity of the evidence, and gives everyone a single, undisputed conclusion instead of an official monopoly on the truth that serves no one.

So basically the results of the second autopsy should not have been released until it was completed.

Basically, we will never know what happened smh

At this point the investigation doesn’t even matter, people have already drawn their own conclusions, when it’s ruled a drowning people aren’t gonna accept it

Hopefully the autopsy was properly recorded for transparency

thank you for the information. unfortunately your explanation will fall on deaf ears. this will not fit other people's narrative. they don't want facts. they want to hear he was killed.

Can the first pathologist tamper with evidence from the autopsy they conducted and get away with it undetected? Or, would the 2nd pathologist be able to see if any tampering took place during the first autopsy whenever he gets to examine the neck block and brain?

Its taking too long for the result of the first autopsy to be released. I sense foul play honestly

but was there fluid why was it not stated & tested

WillieMac :
You’re saying the fluid leaked out of the lungs, there are people claiming to be a pathologist and they are saying that the lungs don’t fill up with fluid, stated the lungs are like a sponge and they absorb the water. So which is it. I’m confused now.

Do you do autopsy with out the family present in America or any witness?
In my country and autopsy is witnessed by atleast two family members.

Would the second autopsy been more effective for evidence gathering had the examiner traveled to the body vs. the body being transported to the second examination?
