Let’s cook Pink Rose Cake for Valentine’s Day🌹💝 Ingredients For thin pancakes (15-20 pcs): •Milk - 500 ml •Eggs-3 •All-purpose flour - 250 g •Sugar - 2 tbsp •Salt - 1 tsp •Vegetable oil - 3 tosp •Red food colouring For the cream: • Whipping cream 33% - 500 ml • Sugar - 50 g • Vanilla -1 g Instructions: 1. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, salt, oil, and flour until smooth, without lumps. 2. Add red food coloring - your batter is ready. 3. Cook 20 thin pancakes on a hot pan. 4. Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla until flutty. 5. Assemble the “rose” by layering the pancakes with cream. 6. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours to set. Or eat immediately like me 😋 Done!
