I didn't want to quit drinking either but my sister & mom did an intervention on me during a terrible day of withdrawals. By the grace & mercy of God, I have been sober 356 days today 🙏

I agree with you 💯. I think if you’re triggered by something as simple as mouthwash-that maybe you weren’t quite ready. I am really proud of you. For knowing yourself and trusting in the process. Been there, doing that ❤️-9/8/20.
