That’s so disturbing. I can’t imagine how much worse my ed would’ve been when I was a teen if I had social media and today’s internet. I wish we could shut this down somehow.

It's so scary. These companies are intentionally pushing dangerous content towards teens/young adults for profit. This isn't just a result of trends; they are pushing specific content towards every account that could be a teen/young adult. So many people have set up generic accounts and within hours their FYP is violence, smex, red-pill, and unhealthy content. Even without interacting with those topics.

I lingered on a certain creators page out of curiosity because their cooking actions seemed a bit peculiar....I now have 3 other pro ED creators coming up on my feed i'll have to block. It is so easy to find the content without even trying.

This is 100% true. Got manipulated into having an ed while being carnivore, I did research as to why my symptoms are like that, got even more content related to it, got drained, and you know the rest. TikTok is horrible and it’s full of propaganda and lies.
