@tabathaclaytor: For years, I assumed my future would look a lot like my past. I thought I would spend my life surviving. Just trying to make it. Then I met Jesus. And for the first time, I realized God saw something different when He looked at me. I wasn't disqualified. I wasn't forgotten. I wasn't damaged beyond repair. I was called. Maybe you grew up in circumstances you didn't choose. Maybe your past is painful. Maybe your story has chapters you wish weren't there. But God specializes in taking broken things and making them beautiful. Your past explains part of your story. It does not determine your future.
