Jason also didn’t die from the beating or explosion, he died of asphyxiation. Meaning if Bruce had been able to get through the rubble faster and Jason could’ve has assistance breathing he could’ve lived

Since Jason died of asphyxiation what if his body started twitching while carrying him and Bruce might have gotten false hope. Bruce had to change Jason out of the Tobin costume and into civilian clothes so he had to see every scar on his body.
