When in Spain years ago, it was the Tinto Verano that was everywhere. There were even bottled malt beverage versions. Red wine and orange Fanta. Fantastic!

honestly as an English person that has visited the Baque county and tried it myself, don't bother with anything Tim has added although I can imagine its lovely. Just throw some red wine and coke with ice and mix. its so nice that it shouldn't be that easy

I learned about this at a ski hill from some gal from Poland, or maybe Czechoslovakia, it was 20 years ago. I was horrified, and tried it, it was pretty tasty.
