Sunscreen isn’t the equivalent of not going outside lol. It just blocks the harmful UVA and UVB rays that cause skin cancer and aging. You still reap the benefits of sunlight even when wearing it.

i didnt use sun screen for a whole summer, at least 8hrs outside for almost the whole week. acne was terrible, still hasnt fully gone away. sunscreen doesnt stop you from tanning either. trust me you want sunscreen
