1c black sesame toasted cooled 3 pinches of salt 4 med-lg dates (no pits/seeds 1 tbs vanilla 2 tbs to 1/2 c water blend start with 2 tbs water and then gradually add water until it's a consistency you like. Eat 1 tbs daily. I hope that's right.
