Now it is celebrated on August 1-2 (though originally it was on the Full Moon of August… so, basically, you can view this whole August as a long and glorious Lughnasadh festival 🥖🌝) Lughnasadh is celebrated by pagans, witches, and everyone who wants to feel closer to nature’s cycles. This festival is as a midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumnal Equinox, and it’s dedicated to the beginning of the harvesting season. This year’s guide to Lughnasadh is longer and renewed, I’ve reworked it a lot—for instance, adding multicultural perspective, and deities to honor at this point of the year.
