🍒 Cherry Coke Jell-O Shots Ingredients * 1 (3 oz) box Cherry Jell-O * 1 cup boiling water * 1 cup Cherry Coke (divided) * 1 cup rum (divided) * ½ cup cold water * Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional) Layer 1 1. Combine ½ of the Cherry Jell-O powder with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. 2. Stir in ½ cup rum and ½ cup cold water. 3. Pour into shot cups, filling each about halfway. 4. Refrigerate until completely set (about 1–2 hours). Layer 2 1. Dissolve the remaining Cherry Jell-O powder in 1 cup hot Cherry Coke. 2. Stir in the remaining ½ cup rum and ½ cup Cherry Coke. 3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. 4. Slowly pour over the set cherry layer. 5. Refrigerate until fully set (about 2 hours or overnight). To Serve 🍒 Top each shot with a maraschino cherry before serving. Tip: Let the second layer cool completely before pouring so it doesn’t melt the first layer and ruin the clean layers. Enjoy! ❤️
