I live in the city of Cleveland probably the most oversight city of their police officers and one of their requirements to be on the oversight board was that you had a bad run in with the police officer, also one of our police officers was rioting with the rioters handed them all her equipment, including her radio. This is the crap that we're dealing with in our cities.
