@stephanyvicx: Patatas bravas for breakfast. 🇪🇸🍳 Before anyone comes for me, I know this isn’t the traditional version. 😂 I took the flavors I love and turned them into a high-protein breakfast with crispy roasted potatoes, a smoky bravas sauce, a lighter aïoli made with cottage cheese and yogurt, and a jammy egg on top.
