The town of Franklin Mass used to have a big beaver problem. Not sure if they still do but they’ve been outsmarting the people for years. Maybe call the town and ask? I know you’re not a lightweight so I’m guessing those were some stiff drinks!

Glad you got out & had a nice perfect weather walk. Those flat doors are Colonial style front doors. Beavers like slow moving rivers, streams more protected areas. Hope you find your wish, to watch that happen.
