I hand out umbrellas. Not just for the rain, but it can be protection from the sun and offer privacy. Anytime I’m at a yard sale and see sleeping bags, I buy them to pass out later. In the winter, my friends and I tie homemade crochet scarves and hats to trees and bike stands with FREE tags written on them. For women it helps to pass out purses with feminine hygiene products inside. There is so much we can do to help.
