If you want, start moving the toddler bed gradually out of the room, inch by inch and eventually in the hallway and to his room. Tell him it wants to move to the other room

Love the room. Don't let your kido tell you no and what do you mean he refuses. move him into his room he may scream cry etc but he will be fine. your room should be your sanctuary to breath after a long day of being a mom etc. i moved my kidos into there room and they threw a fit and whines. and the begg to just lay with me for a little. but I didn't give in and they learned quickly sometimes it's not our kids it's us mamas who are subconsciously not letting our kids progress to the next stage because we just love them so.
