Jimothy, I met one of your relatives years ago. Pleasant fellow. It was in Syracuse, NY.. I was walking late at night and he was climbing a tree. I gave him a hello and crossed the street to give him his space.

wait, how does he know "mirror" and "handicapped" and "scoliosis". Is there like a spiritual translation that happens? I want to believe in this stuff, but when you drop words like scoliosis and mirror, implying that an animal that's lived it's whole life as an animal, that makes it rly hard.

This just brings up so much about when we talk about disabilities. A lot of people infantilize disabled individuals and it’s weird. Jimothy, as he explained, is still a raccoon. He has lived his life the same as any other raccoon. He has lived as many years as he is old. He didn’t just get plopped here. The question is WHY do people find him cute. As in cuter than other raccoons. It’s because they infantilize him, they think he needs to be protected. Or, they are actually laughing AT him. They might do it under the guise of him being cute, but just him walking is “silly”. People are actually making fun of him. If people talked about a human with scoliosis like that, it would not be acceptable.
