For y’all blaming God the reason why cancer happens is because cells mutate but these mutations happen when we go to other places with different climates terrains air temperature etc so they are needed unfortunately cancer is a byproduct because cells can reproduce wrong or grow to fast (especially for younger people sense at earlier stages of life) an literally if we didn’t have these mutations everything would cease to exist. So yeah it is kind of stupid to blame nature or god sense it created us
