yeah I just looked it up they're not allowed to go into that facility without a warrant exigent circumstances do not apply to federally protected high security facilities. so this totally got thrown to fuck out probably like it never even happened.

People don’t realize Active pursuits mean police can enter when ever area without needing permission to make an arrest. For example if somebody that the police is actively chasing runs through your house the police can follow them do to them being in pursuit of that person

That was just about ego. They didn’t need to arrest her. They needed a warrant, and he wanted to access onto private property to search for someone. I hope the company stood by her and helped her out legally.

he arrested her for obstruction and they dropped the charges. cops can't enter private property unless there's a true emergency or they have a warrant. a traffic stop doesn't count as an emergency. cop doesn't know the law, as per usual

It’s a federal military facility they cannot come onto property period now the facility can bring the person they are pursuing out but they can’t come in and she was following orders she will be fine

As a federal police officer, I have a secret clearance, the location and facility where I'm working at is of high value. and I'm telling you the outside local cops can't gain access to the property because they lack proper clearance
