I imagine it must be incredibly difficult to find a soecial needs nanny like you. His parents hit the lottery here. I hope one day you start a agency training special needs nannies because this would be a lifesaver for so many families.

Thank you so much for sharing. ❤️Your young man reminds me so much of my younger boys. I’m a Mother to three boys with Autism, ADHD, SPD, SAD and their person was our male Manny I had for them. My boys are 36, 22,21 and our Manny has been with us for 15 years. This is the younger boys with him in The Gambia at Christmas.
