Hello all the way from Germany! I must admit I was mesmerised by your ink swatches early this year and started following you soon afterwards. You are to blame for my ever growing collection of inks and pens, but I wouldn't have it any other way, if I were to be honest. For me the next big step would be to invest into a leather journal and high quality inserts. Most of my notebooks are from TK (or TJ for the US) Maxx and while they're good for now... I do desire to expand my paper experience. Since I am from Germany it is hard for me to find local stores for pens and inks. The online shops are not that plenty and the shipping sometimes really breaks my spirit. I'd be happy to win the giveaway, but all I actually need is to see you swatch just one more ink (and then another... and another...) Thank you for re-igniting my love for fountain pens and helping discover my love for all kinds of different inks 🫶🏻✨️

A simple, one-pan paleo meal featuring tender baked chicken with assorted roasted vegetables, seasoned with herbs. Ingredients: - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1 red bell pepper, sliced - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced - 1 zucchini, sliced - 1 red onion, sliced - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Place chicken breasts on a large sheet pan. Brush with half of the herb mixture. 4. Arrange sliced peppers, zucchini, and red onion around the chicken. Drizzle with remaining herb mixture. 5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and vegetables are tender. 6.
