The cross paid the entrance. He doesn't just send us; He personally prepares. The word 'hetoimazo' implies intentional work, like preparing a home for a loved one. And it's personal: "for YOU." 3. "I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am": The promise isn't just Heaven, but being with Christ. The ultimate comfort of Heaven is the Person.
