You know, I respect the way he’s going about that. The problem with a lot of video game adaptations is Hollywood thinks they can do better than the game, or just out right look down on the source material, but if he’s trying to do the best HE can, I fuck with that.

Most of you clearly didn’t read my comment and just argued against a point I never made. I never asked for a 1:1 game recreation. My point was about respecting the established lore and origins instead of rewriting the foundation of the story. A new perspective is fine. Erasing what made the franchise what it is and calling it an adaptation is the problem.
