I haven’t paid my mortgage for the last 12 months; have gotten plenty of threats of foreclosure. The banks don’t even want the houses because no one is buying them at the prices the banks are asking

But if I even thought about missing a rent payment, I’d be out on my ass and blacklisted from every rental company in a 60 mi radius

my mom works in mortgage servicing and she's the person you talk to when you're at least three payments behind and need to get on some kind of payment plan to get caught back up and she said that the banks don't know what they're going to do.

I think it’s bullshit that those of us that supposedly are considered too much of a risk for mortgage loans are paying outrageous rent payments reliably every month while all the people that are soooo reliable that they get to own homes aren’t paying their mortgages.

I've been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. I work in Risk and we have been in meetings for 6 months or more preparing and bracing for impact, bankruptcy is up and foreclosures are coming. I hope I'm wrong but I believe it will make 2008 look like a picnic.

I know what’s gonna happen. Our government is gonna force us to bail the banks out and then the banks and turn are not gonna give people loans once again.

Honestly, combine this with a the other economic flags, and we’re not heading for a recession, we’re heading for a currency collapse

hey I know the answer to this one, the game is officially over. the economy crashed 2 years ago and is being propped up by a circle jerk of 5 companies buying and selling to eachother.
