I take the natural approach. Metamucil, apple cider vinegar and water before bed and the next day BIG BIG RELEASE!!! YEE HAW!!

I started taking a probiotic two years ago, eight months ago I started double dosing, three months of double dosing I started eliminating daily. I have never been regular my entire adult life and I’m 51 years old. I’m also post menopausal so the fact that this is the time in my life when I’m finally regular, that says a lot.

I’m not sure why any American would think that it’s normal to not go every day. That blows my mind it’s actually common sense but here in United States we don’t teach that.
