The first time I bought this it was great. 2nd and 3rd time not so much. Seems like Costco didn't anticipate the popularity of it and cheaper out real quick with it. Quality of the chicken they use in it now is terrible and the taste is off.

Its great for a quick prep. It does have some shitty seed oils and 5000 ingredients, but its better than fast food. For the taste, sautéed in a pan with a little grass fed butter, comes out good.

It doesn't freeze well. Even when you vacuum seal it in a new bag. It drys out and even adding broth the texture just gets too chewy. I still buy it but it's only a quick fix for a decent meal prep on the go. Not the greatest but still decent.
