This is such a fine line. I see this with my kids but not abuse, more of annoying each other. I step in a protect the younger child but they have to be able to resolve their issues on their own. Would love more reels about this topic!

Most parents are lazy and would rather ignore the abuse or punish both kids instead of actually figuring out who was the bully and dealing with it. Then they wonder why their adult child goes no contact🙄

My sister was my 1st & biggest bully. Mom raised her up on a pedestal as the golden child and best friend, while I am the crazy black sheep. I’ve been in no contact with them for 2 yrs after 10 yrs of solid effort to repair the relationships and previously being no contact. It’s incredibly sad to have been mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically abused in your own home growing up and no one in your family believes it was “all that bad”. And yet here we are. 🙄
