@esemilan: Some of y'all are way too comfortable acting like my weight loss journey belongs to the public. 😭 I was the one who weighed over 400 lbs. I was the one who had to change my life. I was the one who did the work. So why are some of y'all more emotionally invested in my body than your own lives? If you put half this energy into your finances, relationships, health, or goals, you'd probably stop refreshing my page every five minutes. My weight loss journey has always been exactly that—mine. Stay out of my business and go build a life you're too busy to obsess over someone else's.
