I wanted to do the same thing and fantasized about it, but the scars are really ugly—I mean, they don't make ME, feel insecure, but I know people would be shocked if they saw them. Also, not having breasts anymore didn't stop the fact that i still had a very feminine silhouette, though that’s improving with my treatment and exercise
