is he saying victims deliberately create situations to become victims? that tantamount to fraud and cheating. why would someone deliberately set themselves to be cheated so that they can continue the practice as victims? whats in it for them? they get cheated more become more victimised!

My ex is now in rehab after 10 years of me asking him to go. A no contact order from family court and 15 convictions for dv he will never take accountability. I’m genuinely happy he’s gone to rehab however I don’t think he will work it out
